The methodology is broken down into 4 distinct stages. By breaking the project down into stages and defined deliverables, the project management, financial risks, the project controls and resourcing exposures are significantly reduced.

The Bluw i Methodology includes:

•    4 distinct self contained stages.
•    Each stage is costed separately across the deliverables.
•    Each stage logically inputs to the next stage
•    Each stage is broken down into separate (optional) deliverables
•    Financial exposure is limited to each stage and its agreed deliverables
•    Each stage’s deliverables are reusable with other web dev. companies
•    Each stage is technology independent except for stages 3 and 4.
