Chris is founder partner of BluwCreative. He has over 20 years of proven success and experience in brand marketing through live consumer-driven events. To deliver a successful event it was always necessary for Chris to bring together people with varying skills and expertise.  Chris has therefore had to perfect his skills in identifying and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships, a key role within the business.

Jay Shah is a successful entrepreneur who has enjoyed success in the Information Technology industry, launching and managing businesses in the U.K., U.S., Canada and Kenya. Prior to starting Ortegra he was the CEO and founder of BlueMango Technologies, a technology company specialised in communication products and services, with its key focus towards offering low cost roaming solutions. Previously, he founded and served as CEO for Deymo, Inc., which developed and marketed the AWAKETM the Content Management Solution in a box. The company was rewarded at COMDEX 2000 in Las Vegas, the computer industry’s premier marketing event and trade conference, where AWAKE was reviewed and singled out for praise and an award by Computer Reseller News (CRN) as "ideal for its target market."

Coverage of his drive to expand Deymo’s exposure included coverage by CEOCAST, LITV (London International Tele-Vision), Wall Street Reporter, Guardian Thames in London and Evening Standard UK.

Stephen is an accomplished entrepreneur with a history of launching and running successful businesses. He is currently CEO of Sapphire Group, which he founded in 1979 and has led since. A qualified and certified accountant, he has been involved in starting and growing businesses over the past quarter century including:

-Owning DataEase, widely successful DOS-based database with over 3 million sales

-Being a market maker for Sun accounts, now a major accounting software leader, and selling more than 1,000 sites in 80’s before selling-off the user base to Touchstone plc

-Starting Sapphire Financial Systems plc (an MBO)

-Owning NetPlus, a client server RAD tool

-Acquiring more than 10 companies in 1988-2000 period, including graphic software, accounting software, vertical applications software, training company, and three consulting companies

-Managing offices in 15 countries throughout 90’s, with investors including 3i, Allied Irish Bank, Sage, Elderstreet, Foresight Technologies VCT plc, Kleinwort, Palmer and Hambro (USA)

-Opening and managing offshore development offices in Russia (2000) and Egypt (2006)

-Winning various awards over years including project of the year for .net project (Betbrokers) 2007

Kish is a founder member of BluwCreative. He is a graduate of one of the first interactive multimedia degrees in the UK. Before joining BluwCreative, he spent a year working at Massive Interactive, one of Sydney’s top 10 digital design agencies. He was appointed Interactive Director in 2003 in which time he was responsible for delivering a multitude of different online solutions utilising the latest technologies and creative approaches. Appointed MD in 2007.

Ricky is our experienced head of design, leading creative delivery that pushes boundaries on the creative solutions we provide to our clients. Coming from a typographic background he combines an excellent understanding of online usability with traditional creative techniques within online brand & identity, web creative, typography and print.

Tom is a highly motivated and driven ambassador for Bluw i. He joins our team from Guardian Media Group where he was responsible for developing the Auto Trader Titles across southern England. Tom has also enjoyed successes in the Telecoms, Financial Services and Commodity industries. We welcome the experience and insight he brings to the team.

Lewis has an impressive background in events management for medium to large venues across the UK. He graduated from Brighton University in 2008 having studied multimedia and new media. With extensive knowledge of all aspects of new media ranging from flash AS3, HTML, CSS programming to video and sound production he clearly fits the bill to oversee the new media projects.

Diana has been involved in the online space since 2002. Having worked for a series of start-up technology and web based companies she has a track record of delivering key strategic projects from simple websites to extensive online platforms and portals. Diana possesses the rare ability to not only understand business operations and technology, but also fully grasps their interactions and dependencies. Diana’s focus has always been delivering quality products that utilise online and mobile technology to empower users.

Diana has a BA in History and an MA in Contemporary Art with Merit from Sotheby’s and the University of Manchester.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience in Graphic and Web Design. Kevin graduated with a HND in Graphic Design for the Norwich School of Art and Design. Since then he has worked on numerous projects ranging from exhibition stands in South Africa to international product launches. Kevin also runs a website called PeachorLemon.com and is fluent in most Windows and Apple Mac software design packages such as Adobe Creative Suite.
